Like most of our committee members—I started out as a participant in the Archery Range and fell in love with the event.  I worked the Auroraland Archer’s Kids range for 5 years.  Then I joined the committee , and found out just what it takes to get this event up and running year after year.  Now I have been involved with the event since the very first year—in one form or another.  For me it has  been a labor of Love.  The smile on the Kid’s face when he hit’s the target or catches his first fish is what this is all about for me.

1. Kids Archery Range and 3-D Range— first 5 years

4. Trade Show—coordinator and worker for the event.
5. Archery Hunter  and Teacher
6. Currently putting together a Wild Game Cookbook with over 200  wild game receipt.

Thought’s

Everyone needs to do something to give back to the community.  It is always best and your at your best when it is something you love.  That is why I do this event, and why I believe in it whole heartedly.  It is about family, history, and our American  heritage of Hunting and Fishing.
